Terms of use
GlowMark Path is in development. Nothing on this site is for sale yet, and that shapes most of what follows.
No offer, no order
Everything here describes a product being developed in Montana. There's no checkout, no price, and no order to place. Leaving your email puts you on a list to be told when that changes. It doesn't reserve anything and it doesn't commit either of us to a sale.
Performance figures
Charge times, glow duration and coverage come from our own testing, and they'll vary with charge time, light source, weather and surface. Treat them as what we measured, not as a specification you can hold us to before the product exists. Figures will change as formulation and testing continue, and this site changes with them.
Use and responsibility
GlowMark Path is a temporary trail-marking powder made from inert ingredients. Full ingredient information appears on the product label. As with any fine powder, avoid breathing airborne dust when applying. It isn't for use in National or State Parks or other protected areas. Anyone using it is responsible for complying with local, state and federal regulations and for removing residue from sensitive ground. It is not a safety device, not a substitute for a map, a compass, a light or a filed trip plan, and it must not be relied on to find your way out of anywhere.
The site itself
The writing, the imagery and the design are ours. The formulation is confidential. Link to the site freely; don't republish it wholesale.
Liability
The site is offered as it is, with no warranty. Where the law permits us to limit liability, our responsibility for anything arising from your use of this website is limited to what you paid for access, which is nothing. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes and law
These terms move as the product does, and the date below moves with them. Governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Questions go to hello@glowmarkpath.com.
