Privacy

Nothing is on sale yet, so there's very little to collect. A visit counter you control, and an email address if you choose to leave one.

Counting visits

Google Analytics 4 tells us which parts of the page people actually read. It's switched off until you accept the notice at the foot of the page. Decline and the tag is disabled outright, so no request is made and no cookie is set. Your choice lives in your own browser under glowmark-consent, and clearing site data brings the notice back.

Accepting means Google receives a truncated IP address, the pages viewed, an approximate city, and browser and device type. It doesn't receive your name, and it doesn't receive the email you typed into the notify form.

The notify list

The form on the front page sends your email address to Kit, who hold it and deliver the message when there's something to ship. Kit sees the address and the date you signed up. We use it for that one purpose. It isn't sold, rented, or handed to anyone else, and there's no newsletter behind it.

If JavaScript is off and the form falls back to opening your mail client, the message goes straight to hello@glowmarkpath.com and never touches Kit.

Hosting

Static files on GitHub Pages. GitHub logs requests for security and abuse handling. No database, no server-side code, no account system.

Fonts

The page loads the Outfit typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request and your IP address when the font is fetched. That happens whether or not you accept analytics, because the page can't render without it.

Removing yourself

Unsubscribe from any message Kit sends, or write to hello@glowmarkpath.com and ask to be deleted. We'll confirm when it's done. For analytics, decline the notice or clear your browser data. UK and EU visitors can also complain to their national data protection authority.
